All eligible graduate students will be considered for support by the NIDA T32 Training in Substance Use Disorders Program. Applicants who have passed their qualifying examination will be given priority. The application package must include the following:
A) Applicant’s CV.
B) A statement from the applicant describing their past research experience, the research they plan to conduct, and their career goals.
C) A letter of recommendation from the mentor.
D) Academic record to date at UTHSCSA.
E) Rotation evaluations (obtained by the applicant from the graduate dean’s office).
F) Undergraduate academic record (including undergrad GPA and transcript, we will obtain this information from your graduate school application materials).
Submit the packet as a single pdf file by 1 June 2026 for appointment beginning on 1 July 2026.
