Mentors in the training program represent four departments and three schools at UT Health San Antonio, and include PhD, DDS, and MD investigators. All of the investigators study some aspect of drug abuse and their research interests span biochemistry, cell biology, molecular pharmacology, electrophysiology, and neurochemistry, behavioral and clinical science.
