Project Profile

Upgrades to Lecture Hall Corridor

Facilities Management made improvements to the corridor that connects the Lecture Hall to the Medical School in an effort to improve the pedestrian flow and provide additional seating for students and staff. Construction occurred during the 2015 Spring break. Improvements to the space included telescopic sliding doors at both ends of the corridor, painting, window shades, LED lighting fixtures, and new furniture. Additionally, new exterior doors leading to the patio area were installed with an automatic door opener for ADA accessibility.

Michael Cooper was assigned as the construction project manager for this installation.
